"We booked the property because of its Disney theme for children specifically. The neighbours knocked at our door and asked the children to keep quiet as it is a residential apartment block. This is false advertising because the apartment was advertised as a Disney vacation apartment that is child friendly. The fridge and some of the rooms were not cleaned properly. The kitchen had low quality and minimal kitchenware to use."

"Brilliant short break; a couple of days at Disney and journey into central Paris! Karim who works for the concierge team was in contact the day before our arrival via WhatsApp, taking away concerns around figuring out how to find our accommodation and what to expect. The apartment is set in a great location, close to Disney and a main train station. We had arranged airport transfers but saw the parking area which was secure under the building itself. The apartment was a wonderful experience for our family, 4 adults and 4 young children. The decor set us up for the excitement to come, experiencing the Disney parks. Karim was incredibly welcoming and easy to speak to. He was great with the very excited children. Following the tour of the apartment, he gave us some great tips regarding food shopping, allowing us to get situated quickly."
